Skin Talk
Before your first dove Spa treatment, we offer a free 15 minute scientific skin analysis to diagnose your skin type and condition on the day. Using a highly sophisticated multi-dermascope, your Skin Care Expert measures for oil, water, elasticity and pigmentation levels in your skin. With their expert knowledge and understanding of the skin diagnostic results, they will help you choose a treatment plan and select appropriate products to suit your individual skin type.
Skin Programs
We are committed to delivering honest, professional skin care results which will really make a difference to your skin. While one treatment is a wonderful experience and many of our Guests will notice an instant improvement, only through repetition and a series of progressive treatments will we achieve effective and lasting results. Together, we will design a personalized Skin Program to address your areas of concern, in a safe and realistic timeframe.

Spa Etiquette
At Dove spa we are dedicated to ensure all of our guests have a wonderful , relaxing experience and go home satisified and therefore we ask that you follow a few simple rules.
- Please turn mobile phones off or to silent
- Use a “Spa Voice” throughout the spa, in particular in lounge where our guest look forward to a much needed relaxation time
For some of our guests, this is their first visit to Dove Spa, and therefore we hope to answer some of your questions below:
How long before my appointment should I arrive?
- We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of your appointment.
Are there physical concerns that may prevent me from enjoying a treatment?
- Recent surgery, pregnancy, allergies, epilepsy, cancer, diabetes, cardiac problems all may cause some concern with certain treatments. If you are affected by any of the conditions above you should consult your physician prior to visiting Dove Spa, and let our therapist know as well.
- Please inform us when making a booking if possible.
What should I expect when I arrive?
- You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire to ensure we have all the required information in order to provide you with the best and safest treatment possible.
- Lockers are available for use while you are enjoying our spa. Please do not bring valuables or jewelry. Dove Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
- Water and Blooming Tea will be complimentary during your visit with Dove Spa.
What should I wear?
- You will be offered a robe and slippers. During treatments, your body will be draped with sheets or towels to ensure your privacy. As well, we supply disposable bras and panties as required. However, because your relaxation and enjoyment is our number one priority, please feel free to leave on as much clothing as makes you feel comfortable.
How can I pay for my service? Are gratuities included?
- We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Way Spa Gift Cards and Dove Spa Gift Cards. Service prices are subject to change without notice. Treatment times are approximate. Gratuities are not included in the service price, but welcome in recognition of outstanding service.
Is there a minimum age requirement for treatments?
- The Dove Spa required that guests be 18 years of age and over. Any guests under 18 years of age require adult supervision and consent to receive treatments. Minimum age is 12 years.
