Before each treatment, we offer a free 15 minute scientific skin analysis to diagnose your skin type and condition on the day. Using a highly sophisticated multi-dermascope, your Skin Care Expert measures for oil, water, elasticity and pigmentation levels in your skin.

With their expert knowledge and understanding of the skin diagnostic results, your Skin Care Expert will help you choose a treatment plan and select appropriate products to suit your individual skin type. We offer an on-line virtual tool that will help identify the products that are suitable for your skin based upon the answers to seven simple questions. This is not the full, personal Skin Talk diagnostic that our Skin Care Experts offer in the spa but it can be used to identify the products most likely to help improve your skin.
